For returns without a quality issue, an eligible refund may deduct documented outbound shipping and import-duty costs, and you pay reasonable and necessary direct return costs. Handling beyond reasonable inspection may result in a deduction for actual diminished value. Approved quality, transit-damage, incorrect-item, or 12-month warranty claims do not require a return and receive a free replacement.

无质量问题退货时，符合条件的退款可扣除有凭证的原发货运费和进口关税，并由你承担合理、必要的直接退回费用；超出合理检查范围造成商品价值降低的，可能依法按实际贬值扣减退款。质量问题、运输损坏、错发或 12 个月有效保修经审核通过后无需退回，并免费补发。
