RideVox turns a loose group chat idea into a structured ride plan. The organizer can set the ride name, departure time, meeting point, GPX route, join approval, check-in window, check-in radius, ride terms, notes, and ride region before sharing the activity.

Ride details turn a group chat plan into a real event. The organizer can define ride name, departure time, meeting point, check-in window and range, nearby ride server, GPX route, terms, notes, member roles, approval rules, and invite sharing.
骑行详情把聊天里的口头约定变成一场清楚的活动。组织者可以设置骑行名称、出发时间、集合地点、签到时间和范围、就近骑行服务器、GPX 路书、骑行条款、注意事项、成员角色、审批规则和邀请分享方式。

GPX route books give everyone the same route context

RideVox treats a GPX file as part of the ride plan. Organizers can attach a GPX route from the phone, riders can preview the full route in-app, and the route can be shared to bike computers or other route apps before departure.

The active ride page is the cockpit

After the ride starts, the active ride page becomes the team cockpit. It brings together PTT voice, voice connection state, satellite positioning, the embedded live map, member list, rider and observer roles, and quick notifications for on-road events.

The full-screen live map is built for team awareness, not turn-by-turn navigation. It shows the GPX route, live rider positions, selected teammate tracks, speed labels, followed-member highlights, map style controls, quick notifications, and PTT access.

Rider Position Report reduces the need to look down

Rider Position Report turns team positioning into audio. Riders can choose report groups for the nearest teammate ahead, nearest teammate behind, followed teammates, and leading rider context, then trigger reports from the screen or Bluetooth button.
骑手定位播报把队伍位置关系变成可以听到的信息。骑手可以配置播报组，听取前方最近队友、后方最近队友、关注成员和队伍前方位置等信息，再通过屏幕或蓝牙按键触发。
- Reports are based on active riders and recent ride tracks, not just straight-line GPS distance.

- Helps when the team is split by climbs, traffic lights, supply stops, or pace differences.

Quick notifications send urgent ride updates fast

Quick notifications are prepared team updates for common ride situations. Unlike Rider Position Report, they can be sent manually from the screen or triggered by a configured Bluetooth button, which is useful because most of these situations happen after the rider has stopped.
快捷通知是针对常见骑行状况的预设队伍通知。它和骑手定位播报不同，可以在屏幕上手动发送，也可以配置为蓝牙按键触发；因为大多数通知场景都发生在已经停车处理状况的时候。
- Cover common ride events such as flat tire, crash, mechanical issue, discomfort, rest, and supply needs.

RideVox can create a live share link for your own live location and GPS track. Family and friends open a mobile-first web page to see your ride status without installing the app, logging in, or joining the team ride.

Bluetooth button turns RideVox into a ride-first tool

The Bluetooth button is optional, but it gives RideVox a safer on-road blind-control workflow. After scanning, connecting, checking, and learning the button, riders can operate voice and ride actions without taking their eyes off the road.
