RideVox is looking for organized amateur cycling clubs that ride regularly, have clear ride leaders, and care about keeping groups informed when pace, traffic, climbs, or route changes spread riders apart.

The Founding Club Program is a real-use pilot, not a sponsorship or influencer campaign. Selected clubs test RideVox during their own rides, share structured feedback, and help us improve the product around actual club operations.

16 one-time, three-month Pro offer codes for the club's pilot roster. Each code can be redeemed on either iOS or Android, so no platform allocation is required. Members see the applicable store redemption and renewal terms before confirming.

After a successful pilot, a Founding Club becomes a Partner Club. Subject to annual confirmation, each partnership year includes up to 16 cross-platform, one-year RideVox Partner Benefit Codes.

How the pilot works

Tell us about the club, its regular rides, leadership, group size, pace groups, and why RideVox fits its riding activities.

Choose an app-only, two-leader, or multi-leader scenario and appoint one club coordinator to manage the pilot.

Use RideVox in at least three organized rides during the pilot and share structured feedback about coordination, voice, location, and Bluetooth PTT.

Review the pilot together. Clubs that complete the agreed cooperation successfully move into the Partner Club stage.

No. RideVox reviews current riding activity, leadership, pilot readiness, public contact information, location, and product fit before accepting a club.
No. The Bluetooth PTT button is optional, and RideVox can be used without one. If every participating member pairs a button, the whole group can use push-to-talk voice without operating a phone while also experiencing RideVox's complete set of team collaboration features. This provides the most complete pilot experience, but it is not required to use RideVox.
Complimentary Pro offer codes are distributed by each club administrator through the club SaaS system. The App Store or Google Play shows the exact eligibility, expiration, and renewal terms before a member confirms.
No. RideVox only publishes a club's name, logo, or pilot story after receiving explicit approval from the club.
The club becomes a Partner Club. Partner status is confirmed annually and includes a new allocation of cross-platform RideVox Partner Benefit Codes. The Bluetooth button buy-one-get-one offer is limited to the Founding Club stage.
